Shipping policy

We strive to provide you with quality products and timely delivery. We have estimated shipping delivery times to different countries to help you plan your orders. We aim to dispatch your order within 3-5 business days after fulfillment.

Estimated shipping delivery times:

USA: 5-­8 business days

Europe: 6-12 business days 

Canada: 6­-12 business days

Israel: 15-25 business days

Rest of the world: 10­-20 business days

Please note: Orders containing calendars and puzzles may require additional processing time due to their unique production and shipping requirements. 

Fulfillment:

Our standard fulfillment time is 2-7 business days. However, depending on the circumstances and inventory levels, it may take longer than usual. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our warehouse, you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable.

Holiday Shipping Notice:

During the holiday season, carriers often experience delays due to high shipping volumes. While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, packages may take longer to arrive. We appreciate your patience during this period.

International Shipping:

International shipments may incur customs fees, and the customs policy differs from country to country. The fees are usually based on a variety of factors such as weight, value, and size. Please note that we do not take responsibility for customs fees.

Unclaimed Package:

If a package is unclaimed or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to confirm the correct address. Please note that we are unable to reship unclaimed products. If you wish to have the product shipped again, you will be responsible for the additional costs of reprinting and shipping. If we don't hear from you after 30 days of attempting to contact you, we will donate the product or dispose of it as appropriate.

Order Never Arrived:

We understand how frustrating it can be when an order doesn't arrive. If you haven't received your order within the estimated delivery time, please let us know. We will investigate the issue and keep you updated on the status of your order.

First, please check your shipping confirmation and ensure that you have entered the correct address. If the address was incorrect, we can send you another order to the correct address. However, you will have to bear the costs of reprinting and shipping.

If the order was lost in transit, we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement order, whichever you prefer.

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery or estimated delivery date.
