Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read the following terms carefully before placing your order.

1. Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and include a clear photo of the item. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

2. Wrong size

If you believe you received the wrong size, first check that the garment label matches the size you ordered. Though rare, mislabeling can occur. Refunds or replacements are only available if the item differs from your original order specifications.

3. Unclaimed shipments

Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility. You will be responsible for the cost of reprinting and reshipping the items. Unclaimed returns that go unresolved will be donated to charity.

4. Order cancellations & shipping fees

  • Once an order has been submitted and payment confirmed, it immediately enters production through our external fulfillment partners.
  • Because this process is automated, orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has started, even if the shipment has not yet been dispatched.
  • All shipping rates are displayed and confirmed at checkout prior to payment. We cannot issue refunds or cancellations due to unexpected shipping costs, address errors, or a change of mind after the order is placed.
  • In special cases of proven fulfillment or delivery errors, we will review the situation and may issue a partial or full refund at our discretion.

5. Claims window

All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery or the estimated delivery date.
